Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellation is accepted only if the service process has not started.
  • Once the service has been initiated, cancellation may not be permitted.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client
  • Payment made by mistake
  • Service cancelled before any work has started
  • Service cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable solely to IndiaServiceDesk

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • If the service process has already started
  • If documents have been prepared, reviewed, filed, or submitted
  • If delays occur due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
  • If the client changes their decision after service initiation
  • If outcomes depend on government authorities or third-party institutions

Government and Third-Party Fees

Payments made towards government fees, stamp duty, newspaper publication charges, courier charges, or third-party services are non-refundable, as these amounts are paid directly to external authorities or vendors.

Partial Refunds

If partial work has been completed, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of IndiaServiceDesk after deducting applicable service, consultation, and processing charges.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited using the original mode of payment
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways

Chargebacks and Disputes

Clients are requested to contact IndiaServiceDesk directly before raising any chargeback or payment dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in service suspension or restriction.

No Guarantee of Outcome

IndiaServiceDesk provides professional assistance and compliance support. Final approvals, timelines, and outcomes are subject to government authorities and third-party institutions. Refunds are not applicable for matters beyond our control.
